Latin Drills

This popular class will run through intense exercises of the basic syllabus steps in ChaCha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble, and Jive. The sole purpose of this class is to give you repetition and build muscle memory so you look like a fierce competitor on the dance floor. Repetition is key to building muscle memory and developing technique, posture, and style.
This is the real deal folks. You will get a serious workout so we recommend drinking lots of water and bring a towel to dry yourself off. These classes are ideal for competitors looking to improve their technique through repetition and becoming a better dancer. It's the perfect complement to the International Latin Competitor Program and/or your current dance training adding more value to any private lessons and practices. These classes are solo exercises so NO partner is necessary. Please note, this has nothing to do with Salsa or any nightclub social dancing.
Class Structure
This is a drop-in class. The class meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 PM and Saturdays at 1:00 PM. Each class is 50-minutes. See Calendar for the schedule and dance genre and pre-register ONLINE scheduler.
Prerequisite
Must know at least the Bronze syllabus basics or you'll be completely lost. If you're still lost, please check out the Pre-Latin Drills Technique class.

$15 drop-in per person or 10-Class Card accepted
Dress Code
Latin dance shoes and dance practice wear required. Not only will you look like a competitor, you’ll feel like a competitor giving you a higher level of performance each step you take. Ask us for recommendations on shoes and practice wear.
