Leon has been dancing Ballroom for 8 years. Five of those years have been dedicated to competitive International-Style Latin dancing. He has trained with many elite coaches including: Brian Torner, Andrea and Natalie Paramanovs, and others. He had excellent results in the past including top 3 in IDSF Youth. He has also placed 1st in the Junior category on the popular TV series “Dancing At The Palais”, which was televised on the Women’s Television Network in North America. He was also a background dancer in the famous "Take the Lead" movie featuring Antonio Bandaras, which was shot in Toronto, Canada.


Recently, he has been focusing his energy towards Ballet style of dancing to further his dance training. During this intensive training, he has gained a solid foundation in this very different, but important style of dance. He takes his ballet principles into his ballroom dancing and he passes this knowledge to his students. He believes that in order to really succeed in anything, you must continually reinvent yourself.
